Chrissy and I went to Maui for the first time in January of 2003. I attended a conference in Honolulu for a few days, then we spent a weekend in Maui before heading home. On that trip we drove part of the road to Hana and promised ourselves we would come back and go all the way some day. It took almost 17 years, but we finally made it back for one of the most beautiful and relaxing travel experiences we have ever enjoyed.
