Viva Las Vegas!

Sunday and Monday, January 1 and 2, 2017, Las Vegas, NV

We spent two days walking around Vegas and taking in the sights. Over the two days we visited the MGM Grand, Excalibur, Luxor, Mandalay Bay, New York New York, Venetian, Aria, and Paris. We saw the Bodies exhibit at the Luxor, which was a little disturbing but educational at the same time. The kids rode the New York New York roller coaster. We visited a beer garden that had a bar shuffleboard table that we played for quite a while. We saw two Cirque du Soleil shows – Love (the Beatles show) and Michael Jackson ONE. We also saw a comedy magic show and a comedy hypnotist show. There’s not a lot of detail to write about, but it was a great introduction to Las Vegas for the kids and a lot of fun for all of us. A great end to another great trip.

This was the last trip with just the four of us. Delaney would get married the next summer and open a new chapter with a fantastic son-in-law joining our adventures. As one chapter ends a new exciting one begins. Where Are We Going Now?
